2023 ARC Extreme Pro Rally Raid Championship Rules Announced

The 2023 ARC Extreme Rally Raid Championship has ended, with driver Daniel Barkasz taking the championship at the point of a Hairpin Racing Team 1-2-3 in the standings.

With that said, we're ready to announce the 2023 ruleset for the Pro Championship, featuring a much wider array of vehicles, Pro & Simulation stages, & a different, easier way of submitting stages.

The Rules:

  • The Pro Series Championship will be 12 rounds long, & run in 4 blocks of 3 weeks, with a fourth week after each third week being a dedicated rest week, with no stages.

  • All Vehicles from all years are allowed, with the exception of Classic & Snowrunner vehicles, which are not allowed. You may only compete in a single class.

  • You can change your selection up until the third round starts. After the third round starts, you are locked to that vehicle for the remainder of the season. If you wish to switch classes or vehicles after the third round, your points will be reset to zero.

  • The stages will be run on Free Mode > Custom Play and cannot be run with AI.

  • Stages will be run on default weather.

  • Stages can only be run once, & with absolutely no reruns. If you are found to be rerunning stages, you will be funny disqualified from the championship.

  • Results will be sent to the admin team via Google Form- linked here:

  • Results will be posted & calculated via SimLeaguePro.com after the submission period closes, to keep all results hidden & fair until the stage ends.

  • You get a single warning for rules not being followed (incorrect weather, AI on, etc.) After that, each time a rule is not followed, you will have 10 minutes added to your final time for the stage.

  • As we are relying on an honour system for results, do NOT ruin this for others by rerunning stages. You will be disqualified.

Directions on how to run the stages:

  • First, select Free Mode

  • Select Custom Play

  • Select your class followed by your vehicle.

  • Select your game mode, dependant on the event. This will either be Professional or Simulation mode.

  • Select your event.

  • Select the stage.

  • Disable AI, using the button showing at the bottom of the screen.

  • Run the stage, with no restarts or redos, or repositions.

  • Send the screenshot of the final time screen via the Google Forms link:

What if I get lost?

  • Take a screenshot where you got lost.

  • Submit your screenshot via the link, but check the "I Am Lost" box.

Feeling Like There isn't enough stages?

Don't worry, because we have more news coming as the season progresses. The more sign ups we have, the more series you'll see! Keep in mind, if there is demand for more stages, the schedule is flexible, so make sure to only do the stages on the week of submission, in case we add more!
